Our Chef
For 15 years, the second master Remi Baudis has traveled on the most prestigious buildings of the Navy (helicopter carrier Jeanne d'Arc, Mine Hunter Calliope ...). His crossing of the different continents and seas have allowed it to store culinary experiences colorful and tasty.
He ensueite moored his boat in the capital along the Seine, where he served as sous-chef for 6 years at the Hotel Matignon to three Prime Ministers and their guests.
With these experiences, he decided to settle with his family in Auvergne region of heart and family reunification.
Beside him, a & eacutee, a professional team welcomes you and offers a quality cuisine that our chef combines passion and desire while demonstrating an expertise acquired for the pleasure of the most experienced palate.
Our Restaurant
In the center of Pont-du-Chateau, close to the square of the Two Popes, lies a small restaurant cozy and quaint.
In an old housee wine merchants, two dining rooms and pleasant a sensation of well-being and provide a real moment of relaxation.
The warm and friendly from the first can receive 23 guests. The second is a pleasant room for family gatherings, business lunches and seminars (15 covered up).
